CAUTIONS REGARDING INSTALLATION OF SUNCHEES

Stop work during snowy weather,solar modules can be caught in the wind,causing you to fall.

Never step or sit on the glass surface of solar module,The glassmay break,resulting in shock or bodily injury.
Always use the supplied parts to attach the solar modules.Use ofweather parts is dangerous and may cause the solar modules tofall.
Don't modify or cut parts,Doing so is dangerous,Safety can't beguaranteed.
Product should be installed and maintained by qualifiedpersonnel.

Installation steps

I Install front titls on the roof or ground

II Install the rails to front titls.fix it with T-bolt.

III Installtion of splice bar to connect mutiple rails together.

IV Installation of clamps and solar modules.

V Re-assemble the front tilts by M8x65mm hex screw.

VI Install rear tilts.fix it with hex screws.

VII Install rail on the front and rear tilts.

VIII Place the first solar panel,then,install end clamp and mid clamp.

IX Finished.

I Install front titls on the roof or ground, fix it with screws or expansionbolt.the distance between each front titls is 1.2m.

II Install the rails to front titls.fix it with T-bolt.

III Installtion of splice bar to connect mutiple rails together.Slide the splice bar on the rear side of the pre-assembled rails,Fastenthe fist bolt firmly.Then slide the next rail into the splice bar.whencomes together,fasten the other bolts.The connection is finished.

IV Installation of clamps and solar modules.
The T-bolt fit in the slot of rail,and then fasten the bolt.

V Re-assemble the front tilts by M8x65mm hex screw.

VI Install rear tilts.fix it with hex screws.

Keep the front and rear tilts in one straight line.

VII Install rail on the front and rear tilts.

VIII Place the first solar panel,then,install end clamp and mid clamp.

IX Finished.
