Maritime Shipping (the primary mode):
Main Port: The core port of Jamaica is the Port of Kingston. It is not only the largest port in the country but also a crucial transshipment hub in the Caribbean, equipped with modern container terminals.
Common Routes: Cargo departing from major Chinese ports (such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen's Yantian, Hong Kong, etc.) typically cannot reach Kingston directly. The most common routes are:

Transit via the United States or Mexico: Goods are first shipped to the West Coast (e.g., Los Angeles/Long Beach) or East Coast (e.g., Miami, Savannah) of the United States, and then transported to Kingston via feeder vessels or rail.
Transit via regional hubs: Sometimes, cargo is redistributed through other transshipment ports in the Caribbean, such as Kingston itself or the Colon Free Trade Zone in Panama.
