Commercial proposals should use interval data where available and show energy charges, demand charges, exported energy and any battery strategy as separate line items.
Coordinate Roof, Operations and Construction
Large roofs require review of structural capacity, corrosion, roof warranty, drainage, fire and service access, edge zones and future reroofing. The construction plan should also cover lifting, temporary closures, outage windows, tenant or hotel operations, weather delays and site safety.
